This has been a big week. I can tell the girls are transitioning into the toddler stage. We tried to get the girls 1 year pictures taken and that was a task in itself. Of course you put Morgan down and she was out the studio door as fast as you can blink. Kenzie and Olivia were a little easier to work with but forget the thought of having them hold a letter to spell ONE !!!
Last week Drew and I were hanging out in what we would consider now the girls playroom ( aka living room) and we looked over at Morgan in the ball pit. We were amazed when she stood up on her own twice.. Uncle Tom got to witness it as well. I think she was thinking in her head.... Haha sisters .. you may have crawled fist but I am going to walk first. They love their little crawlers. The other day I had not seen Olivia get behind and walk on it so I put her behind it and she not only walked she basically ran. They love to crawl up the stairs. This is a great solution for Drew and I since we only have so many arms to carry them.
We went out to dinner with some friends of ours on Saturday night. We thought we would be brave since we have not taken them out for dinner. They were good for about 45 minutes, but, to avoid major meltdowns we high tailed it out of there. It was a bit stressful to say the least. I think we will probalby wait another 6 months before we try that again.
